Matthew is a veteran in the Real Estate industry, having held board level positions in the world’s largest global Property advisory companies. He has established a reputation in the industry as a business leader who delivers results through innovative, differentiated services and driving a shift in the company culture.
Having a balance of sector, strategic and operational knowledge, he provides insight and guidance from the boardroom to the operator, from vision to process adoption. Using his real-world experience, he implements fundamental change in the way customer service is delivered and how technology is introduced to modernise core platforms.
He is also a consultant, advisor and speaker in the PropTech space, with several published articles on the use of AI, Robotics and Automation. He is active in promoting the implementation of solutions that will build the future of the industry
Carla has 12 years of real estate experience. Having undertaken multiple roles within property management & investment management companies Carla has acquired in depth knowledge of all processes covering the real estate cycle from acquisition and management to disposal. Carla specialises in providing advice on strategic, operational and process improvements and offering end-to-end planning and implementation of software solutions to achieve business efficiencies. Carla has worked with Voyager since 2008 and has led several Voyager related projects in the UK and Continental Europe.
Carla’s real estate and software experience, coupled with her legal education and strong accounting knowledge allows her to easily grasp the issues that clients wish to see resolved and be in a position to offer a comprehensive set of ideas & solutions to enhance the operations of the businesses with which she works.
Fabio has Solution and Design background with 15 years of experience in the software industry and Real Estate solutions for major real estate investment managers, property managers, owner operators and developers. He has proven record of Designing and Implementing Property Management and IWMS solution having implemented solutions for different clients across EMEA, APAC and US, covering the full spectrum of Property Management.
George is a platform optimisation consultant with experience leading successful turnaround projects over multiple real estate sectors for major real estate investment managers, property managers, owner operators and developers. He has a track record of helping businesses to realise platform benefits, including US investment managers, PRS platforms in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland, student housing and extensively for commercial property management and accounting platform roll-out in several European countries. George has also worked as a product specialist supporting real estate operations for US and European investment managers and private equity operations, on residential as well as commercial portfolios.
Miguel is an experienced transformation and implementation consultant focusing on the data aspects of real estate systems. With successful experience in delivering projects in the UK, Continental Europe and North America, Miguel provides his clients in the real estate industry with deep knowledge in design and implementation of data modelling, data transformation and data governance. His main interests are around Forward-Looking decisions, Yardi Voyager 7S and Taliance (Argus) GlobalFund.
Miguel began his career managing European projects and, after obtaining his MBA, he redirected his career to consulting. Following his experience in supply chain and IT risk assurance, Miguel moved to real estate management consultancy and data services.
Panos is a skilled transformation and implementation consultant with a track record of successful project deliveries for ‘blue chip’ clients in Europe, the US and the United Arab Emirates in the real estate industry and beyond. He has led a number of Yardi implementation and optimisation projects, across a range of clients, asset classes and geographies. His experience is primarily focused around providing strategic and operational improvement services supported by technology solutions. His focus is on organisational change, business problem definition and process improvement, solution design and implementation.
Panos began his career in construction, working onsite as a civil engineer in luxury residential and commercial property development, following which he worked in management consultancy for over 7 years.
Eleanor is a capable consultant with experience in Yardi Voyager systems administration, having begun her career in client accounting for a UK property manager. She has developed extensive Yardi systems administration skills and business process knowledge, by supporting a wide range of service providers and end users, focussing on property management and fund accounting.
Eleanor’s experience of supporting software in the real estate industry, in conjunction with her legal degree, has allowed her to tackle complex and demanding business requirements including property management and accounting system upgrades and supporting the implementation of new modules across a wide range of countries.
Ilias is a skilled technology consultant with a strong emphasis on data migration, analytics and modelling. Ilias began his career in marketing analytics as a digital marketer across multiple industries, including luxury real estate. He specialises in information architecture, databases, systems management and intelligence analysis which he honed while interning with University College London (UCL).
His academic profile includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Patras, and a Master of Science degree in Information Science from University College London (UCL). Ilias is fluent in English and Greek, and has a basic knowledge of German.
Philip has nearly 20 years of experience of Recruitment within Real Estate. In 2002 he established WSS Associates Ltd with the intent of providing a specialist service across Technology, Finance and General practice which has become one of the most successful & recognisable recruitment businesses in the Property sector. For the past 15 years he has concentrated his efforts around Real Estate Technology and has become one of the “go to” people in the industry for Clients and candidates alike. The longevity around WSS is based upon the ethos of building long term relationships, quality of service and successful delivery.
